Opened in June 2024 by the Lungarno Collection on the top floor of Gallery Hotel Art, in what was the historic Suite 701, redesigned by Michele Bönan. Two panoramic terraces look at Brunelleschi's dome, Giotto's bell tower and Palazzo Vecchio. Classic and inventive cocktails, a long spirits list and low-alcohol options; open to non-guests.
