"A bistro, yes. But with a soul": this is how Notramè introduces itself. In Monteverde Vecchio it has chosen a Victorian look, reinterpreted with a light touch, and a kitchen that follows the seasons rather than fashion.
The atmosphere
Red velvet, dark wood, low lamps and flowered porcelain: the room is intimate and cared for in every detail, made for staying at the table without hurry. The venue tells its own legend, of a hidden inn with no sign where kindred spirits used to meet.
The kitchen
A seasonal menu of dishes with evocative names, from "Dorature marine" to "Belle Époque", where Roman tradition is reinvented with technique and imagination. When we read it, dishes ranged from €16 to €30 and desserts from €6 to €9.

The wine list follows the menu with labels chosen for pairing, and there is a tasting menu alongside the à la carte: ask the venue or check its website for courses and price.
When to go
Tuesday to Sunday for aperitivo or dinner, from 6 pm to midnight; on Saturday and Sunday also for lunch. Closed on Monday. Tables are booked online from the official website.
