The Minotti siblings
Bottega Minotti comes from the idea of siblings Cecilia and Edoardo Minotti: more than twelve months of research into the best of Lazio, to build an artisan pantry and a kitchen that runs from brunch to dinner. Edoardo, a graduate of the Gambero Rosso Academy, is the chef; Cecilia looks after the business side of the project.
Platters and focacce
The regional platters of local cured meats and cheeses come with warm focaccia, honey and artisanal preserves. The focacce are filled with the pantry's own products, and at lunch there are complete menus designed for people working in Parioli.
Aperitivo in the square
Platters, small plates, selected wines and cocktails, in the relaxed atmosphere of Piazza Santiago del Cile: aperitivo and apericena are central moments of the day.
